By accessing or using the Therabotica website, mobile app, services, or physical facilities, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.





1. 

Who We Are



Therabotica is a wellness-focused service based in Perth, WA, offering non-medical tools and experiences including:


  • Robotic massage
  • Red light therapy
  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
  • AI-powered emotional support
  • Guided relaxation and lifestyle tools



We are not a medical facility and do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic care.





2. 

Wellness Disclaimer – Not a Medical Provider



Therabotica’s services are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and lifestyle support only. We do not provide:


  • Medical advice
  • Diagnosis or treatment
  • Physiotherapy
  • Mental health services



Our services are not regulated medical services and are not delivered by registered health practitioners.


You must not rely on anything we offer as a substitute for professional medical consultation. If you have a medical condition or health concern, consult a licensed doctor or healthcare professional before using our services.





3. 

Eligibility



You must be 18 years or older, or have written parental/guardian consent to access our services. By using Therabotica, you confirm you are legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws of Western Australia.





4. 

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds



  • All bookings are non-refundable.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations will be forfeited and not refunded.
  • By booking, you agree to this policy.






5. 

Use of Services



You agree to use Therabotica’s equipment, facilities, and app respectfully and as intended. We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend access to anyone who misuses our services or behaves inappropriately toward staff or other clients.





6. 

AI & Emotional Support



The AI tools in our app (e.g., “AI Friend”) provide lifestyle support, emotional encouragement, and daily wellbeing check-ins. They are not psychological counseling, not therapy, and not emergency support.


If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call a licensed professional or a helpline such as Lifeline (13 11 14).





7. 

Privacy & Data Handling



We store only the data needed to operate our services (e.g., booking info, app activity, AI interactions). Data is stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may request deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us.

8. 

Limitation of Liability (Including Injury or Death)



To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therabotica, its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, injury, or damage — including but not limited to:


  • Personal injury
  • Allergic reaction
  • Mental distress
  • Equipment malfunction
  • Unexpected medical events
  • Serious harm or death



You agree to use our services voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. By attending our clinic or using our app, you release us from any liability arising from your use of Therabotica — including serious injury or death — to the fullest extent allowed by law.


You understand and accept that wellness services, even non-medical ones, carry inherent risks. You waive any right to make a claim against us in connection with those risks.


This clause does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for guarantees that cannot be excluded.





9. 

Intellectual Property



All content, logos, designs, and systems used by Therabotica are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without written permission.





10. 

Changes to Terms



These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Therabotica services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.





11. 

Jurisdiction & Governing Law



These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively through the courts of Perth, WA.
