is there a time frame they need to be used up by?
The membership gives you an hour and a half of sessions each week, but if you don’t use it all one week, you can roll it over and use it the next—no stress. As for package deals, those are totally flexible; you can use them whenever it’s convenient for you—no expiry pressures.
Can I share my membership or package with family or friends?
