These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Therabotica website, mobile application, services, and any associated wellness offerings provided at our physical location. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws in Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Who We Are

Therabotica is a wellness-based business located in Perth, WA, offering non-medical services including:


  • Robotic massage therapy
  • Red light bed sessions
  • Hyperbaric oxygen capsule

All services are designed for general wellbeing and lifestyle support only.

Wellness-Only Disclaimer (No Medical Use)

Therabotica does not provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnoses.

We are not a medical practice and our services are not delivered by registered health professionals. Our offerings are complementary lifestyle experiences only and are not intended to prevent, diagnose, or cure any illness or condition.


You must not rely on any content, AI tool, or in-person service as a substitute for medical consultation. If you have an existing medical condition or are unsure if our services are right for you, you must consult a licensed healthcare provider first.


Nothing offered by Therabotica constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. You use our services at your own discretion and responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to access our services. By booking a session or using our app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are entering into a lawful agreement under the laws of Western Australia.

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

All online and in-person bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

 

  • You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
  • By proceeding with a booking, you accept these terms in full.

Use of Services

You agree to use all equipment, AI tools, and facilities provided by Therabotica in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner. Misuse or reckless behavior may result in restricted access or refusal of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual acting inappropriately or in violation of these Terms.

 

AI & Emotional Support Tools

Our app features an AI-powered wellness assistant designed to provide emotional support, mindfulness guidance, and wellbeing suggestions. This is for informational and lifestyle purposes only and must not be used as mental health advice or therapy.

Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in or using any Therabotica Services, you acknowledge and agree that:


  1. Assumption of Risk
    • You understand that the use of AI motion bed red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen capsule, and any related Services involves inherent risks.
    • These risks include (but are not limited to): dizziness, fatigue, burns, pressure-related discomfort, allergic reactions, injury, illness, or in rare cases, serious harm or death.
    • You voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for all risks, whether known or unknown.
  2. Waiver of Liability
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Therabotica, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of the Services.
    • This waiver applies to any injury, loss, damage, illness, or death resulting from participation in Therabotica Services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  4. Indemnity
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Therabotica against any claims, costs, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Services.

  6. Acknowledgement of Understanding
    • You confirm that you have read this Waiver & Release, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to it as a condition of participation.

Privacy & Data Protection (Australian Privacy Principles)

We collect minimal personal information to provide our services — including bookings, usage data, and optional app interactions. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). All data is securely stored (e.g., via Firebase) and used only for service delivery, improvements, or communication.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be handled in the courts located in Perth, WA.
