What does it feel like inside the chamber?

How long is a session?

How many sessions do I need?

When should I avoid HBOT?

Nope, not at all! Red light therapy is totally different from a tanning bed. So you won’t get a tan from it—just some nice, gentle red light benefits!

what does the 4 sessions buy me?
Every session is a simple 15-minute block. That means with four sessions, you’ve got the flexibility to mix and match: you could enjoy two separate 15-minute red light therapy or AI massage sessions, or opt for a single, relaxing half-hour in the hyperbaric chamber. In other words, each 15-minute session is like a flexible token of time: one session is 15 minutes, two sessions equal 30 minutes, and so on. It’s all about making it easy and adaptable for you!
Do I have to use my sessions all on the same day?
